Hi all!
I've installed my Gentoo 1.4_rc4 from Stage1 with no problem at all, but I have no mouse until I start the X server. I move the mouse around, but can't see the cursor!
Any suggestion? |

try to start gpm with this command as a root:
Code: | /etc/init.d/gpm start |
If this works, you might choose to include the gpm service in your startup appplications with (I think):
Code: | rc-update add gpm default |

Don't understand??
You move the mouse around but do not see the mouse?
Do you see the mouse when you start X or not?
Have you run the xf86config program? _________________ Someone told me that "..they only ever made one mistake...."
