|
|
Hello, I recently tried to get beryl working on my 64 bit machine with an nvidia card and running gnome. I am running a 9xxx nvidia driver which seems to be working correctly (direct rendering: yes, glxgears runs at 18000 fps).
beryl-manager starts without any error messages, but if I select a theme, nothing happens. I have read through the how to's and set up my /etc/X11/xorg.conf as follows.
Code: | Section "ServerLayout"
Identifier "X.org Configured"
Screen 0 "Screen0" 0 0

Have you tried restarting beryl/emerald after you change your theme? If it does then you need to do enable dbus so you can change it on the fly. |
