I know Epiphany is like Firefox except with a gnome wrapper. Is there one like that for KDE? (It would be nice to have the fonts all controlled in one neat little package)

Not exactly. The truth is that they both are (kind of) "wrappers" around the gecko engine. If what you are asking is if there is a gecko based browser programmed using qt/kdelibs, the answer is no (as far as I know). I remember seeing in the past a firefox-qt project, but it was really not usable, I never tried it either, and anyway that was long time ago.
So, you will have to use any of the gtk alternatives, or use firefox, or use seamonkey. If you don't want that, you can use opera (which has its own html rendering engine), or just stick to konqueror which uses khtml instead of gecko. |

I just want the fonts to not be really really big... >> How do I change the font sizes for FireFox anyways? (Not in HTML but in menus, prefrences, and such) |

I don't have it installed, but it has some setting somewhere in the properties dialog to set the DPI resolution. That should fix it. |

I emerged it and can't seem to find that option either, it's been long since I used firefox. Does it happen in the gnome apps also?
You could install the gtk-engines-qt package, which adds a tab in kcontrol, where you can configure the gnome style and the font for gnome apps from the kde control panel. |
