Board very slow response

The board is loading very, very slowly for me today. I'm even seeing html code at times.

I've have the same thing going on, I also get like these permanent trails when scrolling(the best way I can discribe it) I have to refresh half the time.

Happened to me also a momen ago...went on for about 5 minutes and was gone
