|
|
Hi everybody
When I run a emerge -upD world one line tells me to update gconf:
Code: |
[ebuild U ] gnome-base/gconf-1.0.8-r5 [2.2.0]
|
now when I try to run emerge -u gconf the whole output is:
Code: |
Calculating dependencies ...done!
>>> Auto-cleaning packages ...
>>> No outdated packages were found on your system.
* GNU info directory index is up-to-date.
|
And that is all. Portage wants to update gconf again when I do the next emerge -upD world.
emerge -s gconf output is:
Code: |
* gnome-base/gconf
Latest version available: 2.2.0
Latest version installed: 2.2.0
Size of downloaded files: 1,025 kB

Something seems to be wrong with my portage. Any hints how to fix it? |
