I have tried building nis-utils on two separate machines.
Both builds fail at the same spot.

| Same problem, just installed Gentoo AMD64 on my Ultra-20 with ~amd64 and ~x86 targets and is the only package of about 500 which won't build. Just wait and it should be fixed soon. |

Hi,
just ran into the same error; however, with nis-utils-1.4.1-r3. Did anyone find a solution yet?

| I, too, am seeing this error, with nis-utils-1.4.1-r3 (since *-r3 came out). Any fixes? |
