SOLVED: Cannot get eth0 up with parallels under MAC OS X

I converted a working gentoo installation from MS Virtual PC 2007 to Parallels on MAC OS X.
All worked fin and gentoo startet perfectly, except eth0. I read some threads here in the forums but nothing helped.

Please help.

I found the following article in Parallels Forum: http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=10572

After a cp /etc/init.d/net.eth0 /etc/init.d/net.eth1 it all worked well.
