I have mouse problem with 32bit opengl applications using GLX(precompiled games: et-pro, nexuiz-glx). It seems, mouse has very high acceleration to bottom and right sides, but up and left works correctly. It had worked properly but after some emerge it seems to be broken.

I know a couple of ppl that experienced that as well. they both downgraded xorg-server to 1.3 and it all worked. we never got to the bottom of it, but it started when they both went to using evdev for their mouse pointer
so whether it is something todo with that an xorg-server-1.4 _________________

good. would /really/ like to know what is causing this. You are the 3rd person now that I know of that has had this issue YET I use amd64, play QuakeWars (so need the 32bit emul libs) and don't have an issue
it could be downto the evdev thing cause I don't think I am using that for my mouse driver _________________

Games using SDL (like ET:QW doesn't matter if emul 32bit or native 64bit) don't have this problem. It's only related to application using GLX. |

Just to post a "me too". Final confirmation: Nexuiz SDL works, Nexuiz GLX doesn't. This confuses me though, ut2004 doesn't use GLX:
Code: | linux-vdso.so.1 => (0x00007fff6e5fd000)
libdl.so.2 => /lib/libdl.so.2 (0x00002b053c7ee000)
libpthread.so.0 => /lib/libpthread.so.0 (0x00002b053c9f2000)
./libSDL-1.2.so.0 => not found
libstdc++.so.5 => /usr/lib64/libstdc++-v3/libstdc++.so.5 (0x00002b053cc0e000)
libm.so.6 => /lib/libm.so.6 (0x00002b053cde8000)
libgcc_s.so.1 => /lib/libgcc_s.so.1 (0x00002b053d067000)
libc.so.6 => /lib/libc.so.6 (0x00002b053d276000)
/lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2 (0x00002b053c5d2000)
