Il messaggio di update di portage si. Quello che si riferisce a fixpackages sinceramente non mi e' mai capitato di vederlo.

Normalissimo credo. Fixpackages "e' una funzionalità che sistema alcune cose quando i pacchetti vengono spostati da una categoria all'altra" (tratto dalle GWN).
Per maggiori info vedi qui o fa un rapida ricerca sul forum
