hi there,
recently I got this warning from chkrootkit...
...
Enye LKM found
chkproc: Warning: Possible LKM Trojan installed

I had no time to react immediately, but after a couple of days chkrootkit did not detect it anymore.
Could this be just a false positive?
Thanks!

I would say so. chkrootkit always seems to do that every now and again.
When in doubt, add a little app-forensics/rkhunter on the side to double check.
