What luck... this one is easy, if you know where to look - I've set up this particular card *many* times.
Option 1: ndiswrapper. Uses the windows driver. Works very well.
Option 2: the realtek driver. Hard to use, not worth it, but might work.
Option 3: open source drivers. There are several, never got them to use.
Just use ndiswrapper (I believe there is a page for this on the wiki...)

If you do go the ndiswrapper route, start with kernel versions 2.6.22.19 or 2.6.22-gentoo-r10. They give full ndiswrapper support. Once you get things working with either kernel version or you could move to the .25 kernels. Do not, under any circumstances try to get ndiswrapper working with .23 or .24 kernels. You will only bring much frustration on yourself.
Blessed be!

Downgrade your kernel to version 2.6.22.19. It's easy. Then set up ndiswrapper.
Blessed be!

Using the .24 kernel will make ndiswrapper fail. Somehow you need to set up a .22 kernel. It's a must for ndiswrapper to work.
Blessed be!

Ok i will fix problem seems gentoo have problem with large sata hdd !
Just working on compiling this kernel and after that i will try ndiswrapper !
Code: | sys-kernel/gentoo-sources-2.6.22-r10 |
Installed this kernel and network card is not working !
I will try to change for another wireless card but use intel as i see that better support than this one ! |
