Is truecrypt capable to encrypt only folders and not complete filesystem? |

I don't think so. At least not in the way that I think that you are thinking. (I think )
On the front page of the project's website it says, "Creates a virtual encrypted disk within a file and mounts it as a real disk." So what you could probably do is to create one of these virtual encrypted disks within a file, and then store the folder(s) you wanted encrypted in that virtual disk. |
