USB SD Card Reader

Hey, I have a Kingston DataTraveler reader I'm trying desperately to get to work in a Dell Latitude D630. Essentially, it's a combination USB drive/SD card reader. When I insert the drive, I can see the stick drive no problem, but it won't recognize the card reader. I've had both work in Ubuntu before, so I know it's possible/someone wrote the drivers to recognize the SD card reader. I've researched this to no end, but I can't figure out what exactly I need to do to get the computer to recognize the reader. Have any of you heard of this before? Thanks for the help.

Just a thought, have you enabled "Probe all LUNs on each SCSI device" (CONFIG_SCSI_MULTI_LUN) in your kernel?
