openrc: rc_logger="YES" option doesn't work in OpenVZ VE?

Like in subject - rc_logger="YES" does nothing in VE, HE. How to enable VE startup logging?

Well, I guess I can make proper installation of OpenVZ for you. I'll need day or two to find the most appriopriate and put it on internet or use one of mine machine.

If you wish so, I'll give you full control on VE and if its needed - on HE also.
