Next and Previous posts in bottom

Would it be possible to also have the Vew previos post And Next in the bottom of the screen? It'd be nice after reding thru a post not to have to go back up to the top of the page.

There's a good chance the answer will be:
"That would require customization of phpbb which would make upgrading phpbb more complicated."
Or something along those lines. Other suggestions have received similar answers. A good idea though.

Seriously, any time we customize phpBB, we impair our ability to upgrade to future versions of phpBB. That's why we're a bit reticent to do any code hacking.

As for getting back to the top of the page, remember there's a handy "Back To Top" link at the left side of every post.

Many government activities are hidden in plain sight. The 'stealth' Navy ship was kept in an ordinary pier in San Fransisco. Noone knew about it for a long time.

As far as I know, it isn't. Never said or implied it was. I was just pointing out that sometimes the easiest place to hide is in the open.

I know. I was just teasing because I thought it would be funny if I didn't pick up on the obvious point of your statement about hiding things by making them obvious. Really though, you could just be making another joke by clarifying the obviousness of your comment. I'm all for it. (obviously..)
