Performa 6300 - Support?

I have a Performa 6300 is it supportet??

AFAIK, gentoo works with all computers supported by YDL.

Performa 6360 is the only one on that list, and that's correct that we support pretty much the same hardware as YDL, as do most distros running the ppc kernel

Even so, it would be _painfully_ long to compile most things. The bootstrap would likely take days at the least

But good things do come to those who wait as well
