I was tryng to post a trick about that:
http://cip.uni-trier.de/nofftz/linux/Athlon-Powersaving-HOWTO.html
That makes a significant temperature diference in Athlons, 15 Centigrades less in my machine, but very unstable due to my Athlon's bugs. :(
But I got that message:
"Sorry but only users granted special access can post topics in this forum"
Do I have to be apprentice/guru/leet/something to post a trick? _________________ IM me at tuxisuau@jabber.7a69ezine.org |

Make sure you understand all the guidelines mentioned in section two.
Post it to /dev/null, and then send me a private message including a link to your document. | From Announcement: Notes for readers and Guidelines for authors in Docs, Tips, and tricks. Guess sinsce it got merged with docs, the rules that perviosuly only applied tp docs now apply to tips and tricks. Also, this looks like this. |

No, it doesn't have to do with the post count rankings. I think it's an artifact of the recent forum reorganization, and we'll hopefully have a solution for you soon. _________________ For every higher wall, there is a taller ladder |

It should be fixed now. If anybody still has problems posting in Documentation, Tips & Tricks, please continue to post here. We are committed to fixing it. _________________ For every higher wall, there is a taller ladder |
