hi,
when running a terminal under kde im not able to "su -" - permision denied.
-- now i tried (as root at a console) a "su - userfoo" , no problem. but then again as userfoo "su -" to get root - no chance.
what am i doing wrong?

hi,
are you member of the group wheel ??
see FAQ:
