I just emerged the Chromium browser and noticed that it doesn't have flash support unlike the regular Chrome version or Firefox. I am guessing that is because it's open source, but then why does Firefox have it? Anyway, does anybody know how to enable flash support for Chromium? |

Strange Chromium don't work and Firefox does, I take it you have emerged adobe-flash? That's what I use and it works on both Firefox and Chromium for me. Does about:flash say anything in Chromium? |

Chromium should work. It does on my system. I have the 64bit kde and multilib flags set (I am on ~amd64) Make sure that you flash type matches you browser (64 bit or 32 bit). The only flag I have set for Chromium is "cups" but that really should not make much difference. _________________ First things first, but not necessarily in that order.
Apologies if I take a while to respond. I'm currently working on the dematerialization circuit for my blue box. |

I emerged adobe flash and restarted, and now it works. I found that my copy of Firefox (I don't use the one from Portage) comes with a flash plugin that's in the firefox folder. Problem solved! Thanks guys. |
