I don't think that would be profitable.

What I think we need to find out is why and/or where that xorg.conf keeps creeping up from.
I did a few quick tests to show examples of Xorg.0.log with different scenarios.

Without a xorg.conf, you should not see the line: (==) Using config file: "/etc/X11/xorg.conf" at all, like so:

Such a log is typical for when KMS is not activated. So configure and install the kernel properly.

Anyway all it is ok with 2.6.39-gentoo, can I copy the configuration from this kernel?
The last source that I've downloaded is linux-3.2.6-gentoo.
What I must to copy? and where?

Updating the kernel is pretty much one of the basics of using gentoo. It's something you really should be able to figure out yourself. There's some pointers in this thread, there's documentation elsewhere. Read up, learn, really understand what you're doing instead of just blindly typing it commands others provide you.

I would suggest to at least read through the Gentoo Linux Kernel Upgrade Guide.
It also mentions using the old .config file. ^^

I would also suggest to look into manually configuring your kernel. I too started, and used genkernel for quite a long time, but once I took the leap and did it manually a few times, it really wasn't as bad as it seemed to be while gazing towards it from yonder.

Then there are the Pappy's Kernel Seeds that are advertised a lot around the forums by many.
I haven't tried that, but I am sure that it might be worth a try if you don't want to jump in with doing it all by yourself right away.

Of course, if you're most comfortable with genkernel, by all means, you should is it then but it does have quite a lot of disadvantages and can even cause problems in certain circumstances.

Just some thoughts, and links you might have found by searching yourself already. :]

Anyway I've resolved: I used the 2.6.39 configuration and I compiled the kernel again.

What did I wrong in the new configuration?

It is pretty much impossible to tell without the both of the .config files available for comparison, but if I had to really, really guess, this might have something to do with it:

I also second the motion to take the time to learn how to manually configure your kernel. Once you get the hang of it, it works so much better than using genkernel.

Probably I deleted something on the kernel configuration, anyway I delete just what I know I don't need to have.
For example: I have i915, so I think I can delete i830 module from the kernel!
