forum server appears to be having significant problems

Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to forums.gentoo.org or a similar message from a different browser is occurring more often than a connection is made. Known problem? Denial of service? Connection to gentoo.org homepage when forum is unreachable is swift and reliable.

Same here. I don't know if its relevant, but the wiki is giving me the same treatment.
