I began to notice really terrible performance in one of my drives. I would begin to write data to the drive, and it would be fast at first, then slow to a crawl.
I identified the drive by looking at the lights and noticed one drive out of the three stayed lit while the other two seemed to be waiting on it.
I've pasted the output of smartctl -a of the drive.

| I think there might be a chip-level problem somewhere. I pulled the drive due to it's performance issues. Now I'm trying to power up the drive and it's not even spinning up now. I think I just answered my own question. |
