I'm haveing a problem with my SATA disk. The kernel detects it, but when i run: cfdisk /dev/hde it locks up for a few minutes, beeps and then dumps:

What SATA hardware are you using? Which drivers? What drive? What kernel?

What do you mean by SATA hardware, drivers (SiI?)?
Kernel is 2.6.0, drive is WD 120 GB SATA150 7200rpm 8Mb.

I am running Asus P4C800 and the same errors occur when trying to boot in enhanced/native mode when it tried to access one of my P-ATA drives....
