emerge --clean rsync then emerge --update world not download

I have a problem .. tcl doesn't seem to want to download
it keeps telline me that it can't find tcl8.3.3.tar.gz and it tries two servers
before coming back with this error
this is after doing a emerge --clean rsync
it was working fine before that

is there anything I can do to fix this {besides disable tcltk}

never mind ... it's a error in the ebuild ... just noticed it points to the
tcl8_4 directory and not the tcl8_3 directory on the second server thats
listed
but the file it's trying to download is in the tcl8_3 directory will change it and try again
