hey Gentoo friends,

I'm trying to do a • emerge -uDUav --with-bdeps=y @world

I managed to remove 9 conflicts but perl seems to be a great problem. I did already
– emerge -a1 --nodeps perl
- perl-cleaner --reallyall

Can someone explain what the following means and how to solve this?

Code:

 (dev-lang/perl-5.22.1:0/5.22::gentoo, installed) pulled in by
    dev-lang/perl:0/5.22=[-build(-)] required by (dev-perl/Digest-SHA1-2.130.0-r1:0/0::gentoo, installed)
                 ^^^^^^^^
    =dev-lang/perl-5.22* required by (virtual/perl-Test-Harness-3.350.0:0/0::gentoo, installed)
    ^              ^^^^^

I don't know what dev-lang/perl:0/5.22=[-build(-)] and =dev-lang/perl-5.22* really means

While I'm not sure this is the same problem but I had something similar show up, but picking up a new version of portage seems to be able to resolve the conflict...
