Baytrail patches for gentoo?

It depends on which kernel version you use in the first place

And that issue is afaik not resolved. So a won't fix because It's a hardware bug.

You can pass the kernel parameters or use some antique 3.x.x kernel to resolve the issue

I saw many baytrail cpus for sale on a local second hand webpage. Best thing is to sell the affected hardware as it's an unresolveable hardware bug.
