pakk ... wrong analogy, this isn't a game, this is a community forum. Moderators are selected from the pool of users, and (unlike you) have earned the right to make judgement calls. If you disagree with said call then you can challenge it. However, you don't get to call "totally unfair", as though someone selected to "moderate" is "unfair" by virtue of that fact, they have contributed to the community, earned some level of trust, etc, and so have been given the responsibility of moderation.

From what can be gleaned from the thread (after your "edits"), the problem seems fairly clear, and the "solution" was pointed out to you by xaviermiller. Ahh, but not the "steps", spoken like a true help vampire.
