I'd like to be able to receive notifications when someone responds to one of my messages, but I don't want to receive email, I want to be able to check my messages when I login and see the responses there (or links to...whatever...same as in the email).

I suppose this would goto the php forum folks......maybe I'll track them down and toss out the suggestion.

Yep -- you should probably submit this to the phpBB folks. I personally like getting email notifications, but can certainly see how others would only want to receive PMs.
