Ciao,
ho notato che il driver brcmsmac usato per la mia scheda wifi Broadcom Limited BCM43225 802.11b/g/n (rev 01)del mio notebook, va circa la metà della velocità rispetto a quando uso il notebook con Win10.
Suggerimenti ?????

Che driver stai usando quelli open source o quelli proprietari?
Quando hai fatto la comparazione tra linux e windows tutte e due viaggiavano sulla stessa frequenza (2.4GHz e 5GHz)?
dmesg riporta qualche tipo di errore relativo alla tua scheda wireless (puoi postare l'output di dmesg con wgetpsate)?

saverik dovresti usare wgetpate, per postare il dmesg perche' il forum tronca i messaggi troppo lunghi.

Si' e' il modo corretto, puoi anche usarlo per potare il tuo .config del kernel?
Hai installato i firmware sys-kernel/linux-firmware?

Prova a guardare questo thead sul forum arch linux, che sembra utilizzare il modulo b43 al posto di brcmsmac aggiungento

nel file /etc/modprobe.d/b43.conf

Buongiorno,
da quello che ho potuto capire in giro si tratterebbe di un bug deli driver della scheda broadcom (ho provato un po' di tutto.
Anche ad usare solo driver b43 nel kernel).ho risolto cambiando la schedina wireless installando una intel(la sua originale)... e siamo ritornati a navigare in velocità fibra
