how do I follow Hyperlinks in manuals, wich I call with bash.
For example: man bg ...
How do I follow Hyperlink: Section 2.12 ...

You can't. Look at

You'll see that no targets are defined within this file. Consequently, the hyperlinks just look like hyperlinks. But you cannot click on them and you won't get redirected to the target.
You could try
That program supports hyperlinks. There's one for bash, but not for Section 2.12... |
