Can we add the ability to use strikethrough?

The only other request for strikethrough text I could find was from 2008. Is this something that can be added? There seem to be multiple implementations that don't rely on a mod like the one referenced in the old thread. Newer versions of phpBB seem to include the [s][/s] tag by default, and apparently on older versions this tag could be created by specifying an HTML replacement in the admin control panel. Would this be feasible?

Since we are moving to phpBB 3, I can't quite see us making changes like this for the current version. :]

(I won't promise that the feature will be available once we do move over; I guess I'm personally not a fan, but I don't think I or the others have /that/ much against it either.)
