Probably because the object in question has subsequently been redone in the current history (due to a force-pushed rebase or similar, this happens on the rpi tree a fair amount).

If you look (at the time of writing this) at the commit https://github.com/raspberrypi/linux/commit/210f0d394380, you can see it shows "rpi-4.19.y" in the blue box (just above the text "pelwell authored and popcornmix committed on Mar 21"), meaning it is part of the current history for the rpi-4.19.y branch. So you can find it in the git log etc. if you pull the git repo. All good.

However, if you look up https://github.com/raspberrypi/linux/commit/78eb13b25d5e, you'll see no such branch identifier. This means the object (with this particular hash) is no longer part of the history for the current rpi-4.19.y (or indeed, any active) branch (although GitHub still tracks it internally).

This commit is still in the current rpi-4.19.y history though, under a different hash - if you search the descriptions, you can find: https://github.com/raspberrypi/linux/commit/b8d908ee972f, which is in the renamed version of 78eb13b25d5e.

What are the drawbacks of the 64-bit linux on raspberry pi 3+, compared to 32 bit?

Khumarahn,

64 bit is not as well tested. That's not to say things don't work, All of KDE just worked for me, just that nobody knows.
3D video acceleration is not as polished and hardware video decoding is just arriving.
