Please delete the user who on Bug of 2013 put advertising

This is in bugs.g.o, we are not moderating there. Do you have anything from Janey going on here? -- pilla
Just to note, the spam on bugzilla has been reported to infra. Still, like pilla noted, this is not something we canonically handle. -- desultory

Apparently, their preferred reporting method is to e-mail them with a link to the spam comment. -- desultory
