|
|
Hello!
I would like someone to help me on this problem:
Once logged into the forum and connected from my user, I try to change some parameters within my profile, for example, to route the time zone, to enter my geographical location, to put from my personal files an avatar image that meets all the requirements of space and entering all this data the answer that I always find is "Could not find email template file :: user_watch_notify_profile".
I have searched for possible solutions by the forum but I have not been able to find a correct or effective answer for all this.
Thank you very much. |

charlio,
Do one thing at a time and click submit.
I'm using Firefox and changing my timezone works for me.
Changing your timezone works for me too. I changed it to GMT and back to the original setting. _________________ Regards,

Hello NeddySeagoon.
I tried what you proposed, I used the browser firefox and I put the location in GMT, I even made a change of Spanish language in English but the result remains the same:
"Could not find email template file :: user_watch_notify_profile"
Maybe it could be some problem of setting up my email ...
I'll keep investigating.
Many thanks for your reply, my friend! |

charlio,
Try flushing your browser cache, or a browser you have not used on the forums.
There was some odd behaviour on the forums recently due to a database upgrade.
We thought it was fixed now but maybe not.
To investigate much further needs someone with shell access to the forums server.
That won't happen until Tuesday or Wednesday. _________________ Regards,

I can't reproduce the problem; are you still seeing it? |

Unfortunately. The message is also shown to me. I can't make changes to my profile. I've tried several browsers. |

blondschopf,
I've changed your timezone. I didn't get an error.
Can you confirm that you see the change please?
It only affects times that you see. Its not public. _________________ Regards,
