how do i install all wine dependencies and libs for games
I need to edit my make.conf??? for this and what are all the libs I'm starting in the Gentoo Gaming world
I'm having trouble playing League of Legends

I suspect you're not getting answers because, well, your question is too open-ended.

Solve problems one at a time. You probably already edited make.conf to install Gentoo initially, making it a bit confusing what you're trying to accomplish.
Did you install wine-staging yet? Something as simple as

# emerge wine-staging

kicks of the process and automatically pull in dependencies, but I would have thought you already knew that and I'm being superfluous if you installed Gentoo...

Follow the usual troubleshooting process. Tell us what you did. Tell us what happened. Tell us what you wanted to happen. From those, we can try to determine what to change to get the result you want.

Your post is unclear but if you just want the wine dependencies, without wine itself, emerge has an --onlydeps option for that.
