xxdiff Need qt-2.3.2-r1 and I have qt-3.0

I want to build xxdiff and it requires qt-2.3.2-r1 and I'm running qt-3.0. What I want to know is that can I build qt-2.3.2-r1 without qt-2.3.2-r1 messing up my qt-3.0 binaries?

No probs: qt2 and 3 are installed in different directories: /usr/qt/2/ and /usr/qt/3/
