The patch applied successfully on gentoo-sources-6.6.15 and 6.7.4 through /etc/portage/patches, I haven't tested if it'll work but you're good to go and try it.

Or ask the server to provide it as raw: https://marc.info/?l=gentoo-user&m=170609037317136&q=raw returns a text/plain document. I see also that the individual patches seem to have download links, if the user wants just one of them. |

Thanks for pointing that out. It turns out I didn't pay attention to a few ampersands and didn't quote the URL, that's why it returned HTML. It was some error page or something else but definitely not the correct URL.
