Hi
ALL, I'm trying to set up a touchscreen.

I have a little old laptop from HP with

VGA Compatible Controller Advanced Micro Devices Inc [AMD/ATI] Wani [Radeon R5/R6/R7Graphics] (Rev c6)

The "Device Driver ->I2C Hardware Bus support" have couple options for AMDchipset. (Using gentoo-sources 6.6).

Which specific driver I should choose?

I replied to another user yesterday (*1) and this reply also applies to you ... there was no answer to the extensive help in your last thread (*2) ... so what should I recommend to you ? ...

... Boot with an UbuntuLiveCD and check if your touchscreen works there. If yes, check with "lsmod" which modules Ubuntu has loaded ... you can find also some good links in the last post I gave you.

If you need further help, we would need your kernel .config and "lspci -nnk" and "lsmod" after booting with Ubuntu. Also check if you have enabled basic things (like AMD ACPI2Platform devices support) in your kernel configuration; i2c also needs pinctrl ...
