Hi all,
I am a frequent user of kcalc. But since plasma 6 (I think), they have added a extra space for preliminary result, which I hate. I'm thinking about a replacement, or if someone knows if there's a working alternative of the older version, without pulling in 1milion dependencies?

kcalc is no Plasma package. The current version is simply a port to KF6/Qt6, rather than KF5/Qt5.

You can look up available versions of kcalc in ::gentoo using equery or eshowkw.

But Qt5 is going away and older versions are being cleaned up wherever possible.
