Yes, on their mobile chips (Strix Point, labeled "Ryzen 300 AI"). The desktop chips (Granite Ridge) don't have XDNA2 or RDNA2 and probably also lack some other parts shown on your image (basically the whole section below the infinity fabric is completely different). Zen5 just refers to the actual compute cores, not the whole chip.

Sorry to barge into the discussion:
I have an AMD processor with NPU - Ryzen 8700G. AMD has provided NPU drivers - AMD XDNA Drivers (which are an extension of their XRT drivers) - https://github.com/amd/xdna-driver
I tried installing it on my Gentoo box but faced issues (the scripts are written for Ubuntu system):

Will be happy to check how to install the NPU driver and see its functionality in AI inferencing.
