Booting stucked Reached target timer units

Hello all:
I got a new pc,and installed gentoo on it,but not bootable
Used Gentoo live-gui amd64
nvme0n1:
p1: vfat -> efi
p2: btrfs -> / @
->/var/cache/distfiles @distfiles
-> /tmp @distfiles
-> /swap @swap
nvme1n1:
p1: xfs -> /home

Init system is systemd,and using grub for bootloader,installed gentoo-kernel-bin

When reboot,after grub screen is off,it shows: Efi stub:measured initrd data into RC9

And flash to new screen,shows Reached xxxx and stucks at : Reached target timer units

How should I fix this?
