Who is Gentoo Media Group, what about the trademark?

When googling (or ddg-ing) a problem related to Gentoo today, I was served an advertisement for this site:

https://www.gentoomedia.com

This is a company calling itself Gentoo Media Inc., incorporated in Malta. They seem to be doing various behind the scenes services for online gambling operations (or maybe they are even running online gambling themselves, I don't know). According to their own website, they took on the name "Gentoo Media" only very recently on 2024-09-25. Here are some screenshots:

Questions:

Isn't that some blatant trademark infringement?
Shouldn't the Gentoo Foundation or the Förderverein Gentoo e.V. do something about this?
