After installing the fcitx5. I tried to config it through the plasma's config panel it self, but I found there is no option of the input method, I can't figure it out. After searching some documents(especially Gentoo wiki), I installed the fcitx-configtool, tried to config it. I added both Chinese Keyboard(pinyin) and Chinese Keyboard(pinyin with alt lock) to the default group, but none of it worked.

Here is my system information

Well, I do not use it, but did you read the wikipage about it: https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Fcitx ?

I have read the wiki again, and also view the fcitx's wiki and arch's. The answer is: instead of the not configured X11 input method environment, I should have wrote some Chinese on my Gentoo system!
