xf86-video-vmware not building with gcc 14

It has been and continues to build with gcc 13, bug has been filed.

Based on subject and reporter name, the referenced bug report appears to be xf86-video-vmware does not build with gcc 14.

That bug report should block the c99-porting tracker

Thank you very much. That leads to https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Modern_C_porting which suggests workarounds. I'll try those later.
