···libqalculate and gettext?

I'm on ~amd64 right now, and when trying to emerge the latest version of sci-libs/libqalculate (USE=-* +icu), I get this: http://0x0.st/X7f6.log

And then, with sys-devel/gettext (USE=-*), I get: http://0x0.st/X7fg.log

This is my emerge --info if necessary: https://pastebin.com/KghEzFwM

I've been having this issue since when the new version of libqalculate came out here. Same thing with gettext.

Is anyone else having that same error or could it be the USE flags I have for them?

See this upstream bug. As workaround try to enable readline use flag.

See bug #945817

Please next time open separate threads for different problems  .

If using USE=-*, which is unsupported, please be prepared to do some at least preliminary investigation by toggling the relevant USE.

Rather than type the flags, paste them from the Portage output. That saves you from transcription errors, and is faster.
