I just tried to post in "Portage" about a compilation problem. After pasting a billion lines of output, I hit "Submit"...then the post's content vanished. I can only guess that I somehow hit a size limit; believe me, I did not want to paste all the info that was required (War and Peace was about as long).

Yes, posts are limited to ~64KiB of text. You should use a pastebin service for large blobs. app-text/wgetpaste can help here. |

Worse than the 64k limit, oversize posts are silently truncated.
