Probably not based on what the wiki says.

Mayotte here,
21 days after the disaster, still very little information about north areas hit by the cyclone eye.

Very little information here about elsewhere damages.
Wiki states higher death toll in Mozambique than here.
Although inner land of the continent, Malawi seems to have suffered too.

All my compassion to these two populations, and my best wishes for their recovery.
