PostgreSQL documentation is too old...

Hi, ALL,
The documentation on https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/PostgreSQL/QuickStart seems seriously outdated.

It still refer to the version 9.3, whereas the current one is 16...

I don't know who is in charge of this but it needs to be addressed...
