Here's the log. This is the build environment. Anyone know why it won't build?

Searching for gdb on bugs.gentoo.org leads me to dev-debug/gdb-16.1 - configure: error: amd-dbgapi is required, but cannot find an appropriate version: Package dependency requirement amd-dbgapi >= 0.75.0 could not be sa [sic], which appears relevant. There is no reported solution at this time.

USE=-rocm is a workaround.
