cant merge dev-libs/intel-compute-runtime-25.05.32567.18

so i got myself hands on B580 and i need dev-libs/intel-compute-runtime-25.05.32567.18
to my knowlege at least this version, older wont work with this battlemage, but it wont compile

this build log is with gcc 12 but same error was with gcc 14, i just tried switching it to older gcc, is this a bug or some error in my system?
